Who we are
Eutopia (“we”) operates this website and the Eutopia platform, connecting padel players, creators, brands, clubs and events. For anything in this notice, contact hello@eutopia.agency.
What we collect, and why
Waitlist signups. When you join the waitlist we collect your name, email address, which audience you're joining as, and your confirmation that you are 18 or over. Depending on your answers we also collect: for players and creators — your playing level, location, social handle and the interests you select; for brands — your company name and what you're looking for; for clubs and events — your club or event name and what you'd like to book players for. We use this to review signups, open access in stages, and contact you about your place. Our lawful basis is the steps needed before entering into a contract with you, and our legitimate interest in running a staged launch.
Contact messages. If you email us or use a contact form, we hold your message and address to reply to you.
Analytics. We measure site traffic with Ahrefs Web Analytics, which is cookieless and does not build individual profiles. We do not run advertising trackers.
Who processes data for us
We use a small number of service providers to run the site and platform: Vercel and Render (hosting), Neon (database), Clerk (account sign-in, for platform users), Postmark (email delivery), Cloudflare (DNS and network), Sentry (error monitoring) and Ahrefs (cookieless analytics). Each processes data only on our instructions. Some providers process data outside the UK/EEA under appropriate safeguards such as standard contractual clauses.
How long we keep it
Waitlist entries are kept while the waitlist operates and for a reasonable period afterwards, then deleted. Contact messages are kept as long as needed to handle the enquiry. If you ask us to remove you, we delete your entry — just reply to any of our emails or write to hello@eutopia.agency.
Your rights
You can ask us for a copy of the personal data we hold about you, ask us to correct it, ask us to delete it, or object to our processing of it. Email hello@eutopia.agency and we'll respond within one month. You also have the right to complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ICO).
Age
Eutopia is for adults. You must be 18 or over to join the waitlist or use the platform, and every signup form requires that confirmation. If we learn that someone under 18 has signed up, we delete their entry.
